My father is lucky because his birthday is with the same date as the F1 race. My brother and I decided to give him a surprise. We placed all the candles in our room and lighted them up. We told our father that we had something to show him. We led him to the room and opened the door. Then we said “Happy Birthday” to him. He was caught by surprise.
After that, we went to the refrigerator to get a homemade dessert. My brother and I prepared the dessert. There was Oreo ice-cream with chocolate wafers. My father loved it very much.
After the birthday feast, we did some homework for forty-five minutes. When we finished our homework, we asked for permission to watch the F1 race. The whole family watched the race together.
I enjoyed celebrating my father’s birthday and watching the race because that was the first night-race held in Singapore.
